The six questions that come up on almost every first call.

We're moving off Wild Apricot / MemberClicks. How hard is that?

It's the most common thing we do. Send us your export and we map every field, including custom ones, then load it into a staging environment you review before go-live. Stripe subscriptions transfer without asking members to re-enter cards.

Do members need to create new accounts?

They set a password once, from an invitation email you send when you're ready. Everything else — their history, payment method, renewal date — is already waiting for them.

Can we keep our current website?

Yes. Member Commander runs as widgets you embed in WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or plain HTML. If you'd rather replace the site, the hosted builder is included at no extra cost.

What kind of support do we get?

Real humans, by email, chat, and phone — on every account, including the ones that have never paid us anything. Median first response in 2026 is 42 minutes during business hours.

Is our member data secure?

SOC 2 Type II audited, encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based permissions, audit logs, daily backups, and GDPR/CCPA export and erasure tooling built in.

What if we have chapters or affiliates?

Chapters get their own admins, events, email, and directories with scoped permissions, while national sees a consolidated roll-up. Dues revenue can split automatically between national and chapter accounts.
